Fundación Bajo El Amparo provides women entrepreneurs with the tools and knowledge they need to start, formalize, and grow their businesses sustainably. This is a space to share our story and allow women entrepreneurs to learn more about us and the services we offer. We will explain how the idea for the foundation came about and what sets us apart from other organizations. We want to highlight our commitment and show who we are.
We believe in the potential of all women to accept themselves, define their future, and contribute to change in the world.
Our Mission
We are a foundation committed to the comprehensive development and improved quality of life of urban and rural communities in Colombia, through the implementation of programs and projects in areas such as social, economic, sports, and cultural development, education, health, housing, and entrepreneurship. We work primarily with vulnerable populations, including children, youth, senior citizens, single mothers, women entrepreneurs, and people with disabilities, as well as Afro-Colombian, Indigenous, and displaced communities, encouraging their participation in addressing their own challenges and their integration as productive members of society. Our work is based on the planning, promotion, advising, and execution of initiatives that foster capacity building, the creation of opportunities, and community well-being.
Our Vision
By 2030, we will be a foundation recognized in Colombia for transforming vulnerable communities into agents of their own development, positively impacting the lives of more than 10,000 people through innovative and sustainable programs that integrate social, economic, cultural and human development, generating a multiplier effect that contributes to building a more equitable and inclusive society.
